SQUATS FOR MENTAL HEALTH AT MACCLESFIELD PERFORMANCE

All adult fundraising participants will be entered into a draw to win 1 Month Gym & Group PT Membership at Macclesfield Performance.

Follow the simple steps below to join in.

+ STEP ONE - Set your targets

The great thing about our squat challenge is you can decide your own challenging goal. At MP we understand that not everyone has the same capabilities so while we suggest you set a target that poses some real dedication to ensure you feel accomplished at the end and impresses your potential sponsors, you can decide what that is.

Some examples are:

  • 31 squats a day for 31 days
  • 1000 / 2000 squats in May
  • 31 squats in 31 different locations in May.
  • 115 squats a day throughout May - To highlight the 115 people who commit suicide in the UK every week.

The options are endless. The key to this is inspiring others to give it a try and entertain your faithful sponsors! Have fun with it!

+ STEP TWO - Set up fundrasing page

Once you've chosen your target it's time to set up your fundraising page. Head over to Just Giving and set up your fundraising page using registered charity number 1192348 to link it to Bridging The Gap.

+ STEP THREE - tell us

Now you have your goal and your fundraising page that is linked to Bridging The Gap. It's time to get started! Don't forget by taking part you will be added to a prize draw to win a month's membership at both Macclesfield Performance & TrueFit Group Personal Training. So it's important we know you are fundrasing and taking part.
