With a strong focus on human biomechanics, she takes a personalised approach to fitness - designing workouts that improve posture, reduce injury risk, and enhance strength and mobility.
After turning 40 and experiencing firsthand the transformative power of training, Jo followed her passion and became a certified personal trainer.
She leads an active lifestyle, enjoys long walks, and is committed to helping others move and feel better by combining strength training with biomechanically sound principles.
